As a member of the National Association
of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), I have met some of the most
rigorous technical requirements in effect today. A NACHI inspector
is required to abide by the Association 's Code of Ethics, and to
obtain 18 hours of continuing education credits every year in order
to keep current with the latest in building technology, materials,
and professional skills.
In order to retain my Indiana
Home Inspector's License, I must complete an additional 16 hours
of continuing education credits per year.
I am a graduate of Masters Inspection
Institute and have twenty-eight years experience in the construction
industry. I am an approved home inspector for the Indiana Housing
& Community Development Authority.
As this is my only business, you
can be assured that your home will be given all the time required
for an independent, objective, and thorough inspection. I am available
to receive calls 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Possibly the only time I
would not be able to personally take your calls is if I am doing
an inspection for another client. However, your call will be returned
promptly. An appointment can be scheduled Monday through Saturday.
(Sunday is reserved for God and family.)
