Home Owners

      A pre-sale inspection is a smart move for home owners. It gives you a great marketing tool since your home is ready for the savvy buyer on a tight schedule. The pre-sale inspection offers you the opportunity to make necessary repairs which will expedite the sale of your home.

      Whether you are a home buyer or seller, I encourage you to participate in the inspection, which averages between two and four hours. As we learn about the house together, I can answer your questions as well as offer maintenance tips. You will receive a comprehensive computer-generated report in an unbiased, narrative style. Digital photos will be included to assist in describing unusual conditions, and to document items found in hard to access areas such as crawl spaces and attics.

Termite Inspections

      A Termite Inspection that covers Wood Destroying Insects which includes: Termites, Carpenter Ants, Powder-Post Beatles, and wood boring Bees.

      It will also point out conditions conducive to infestations, such as earth to wood contact, improper grade, and excessive moisture in and around your home. This is a visual inspection that does not guarantee structural integrity or against future infestations.
